Its just like all of the other bloons, Great! But you set the expectations for this one a little TOO high. I mean you need an account for some "Special Upgrades", The fast forward button is broken.

I had too watch it a couple of times to actually understand what was going on, but it goes something like this:

An alien is stranded on a deserted planet(Looks like he crashed). He is bored thinking of an escape or food. He sees another ship crash at the planet! He goes to the crash and starts eating the other alien(Apparently likes how it tastes). The Squid alien triggers an explosion and survives while only one eye is alive of the other alien(You can see the squid alien escaping at the end on the top left corner)
